The Pro Leggings are true to size. Even if you normally size up in the other leggings from the Maximilian Collection, we advise going with your regular size for this style, as per the chart below:

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

You should expect to receive your items within 3-7 business days with a charge of $9.00 AUD per parcel, or free shipping on orders over $150.

Please note that Grooming products may arrive separately.

Sometimes during high-volume periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Depending on your location, International Deliveries are sent via Australia Post Air Mail at a flat rate of $30.00 AUD.

For most international destinations, you should expect to see your shipment within 15-20 working days from when your order is shipped..

Note: Stride Equestrian is not liable for any local import duties that may apply, the cost of returning items or any other local transport fees that may be incurred.

Returns and Exchange

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes, so we our proud to offer a flexible returns and exchange policy.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for any reason, providing products meet the conditions below.

We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles.

We will email you confirmation of your refund as soon as we receive and check the products. The refund only applies to the returned items. The original shipping costs won't be refunded and the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. This is also applicable to orders that received free shipping, a $9 flat fee will occur to cover postage expenses.
